Celyad Raises $100.1 Million Gross Proceeds With NASDAQ IPO
Celyad SA (formerly known as Cardio3 BioSciences) (Euronext Brussel:CYAD) (Paris:CYAD), announced the pricing of its global offering totaling $100.1 million gross proceeds of 1,460,000 new ordinary shares, consisting of 1,168,000 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") at $68.56 per ADS, and 292,000 ordinary shares at a price of EUR 60.25 per share, both before underwriting discounts. -

Biolog Europe’s team to be « Guest Speaker » at the upcoming World Cargo Symposium in Shanghai on March 10 to 12th organized by IATA (International Air Transport Association).

SENEFFE, Belgium—Dow Corning Corp. opened an expanded health care application center at its European headquarters.

C.A.L. Cargo Airlines Expands Reach with 747 Flight to Moncton, Canada
C.A.L. Cargo Air Lines, announced today the first flight from Greater Moncton International Airport (YQM), Canada to Liege, Belgium. Originating at JFK, this is the first 747 aircraft to land on Greater Moncton International Airport’s newly expanded runway. The flight, containing a full payload then flew to Liege Airport, Belgium, where it was handled by CAL’s wholly owned ground handling agent, LACHS.
